[Leadcorp Loan Product Information]

- Product Name: Nonstop Loan (Microcredit Loan) / Credit Loan / Auto Collateral Loan / Real Estate Collateral Loan

- Eligibility: Adult customers aged 20 or older. Creditworthiness, including personal credit scores, is evaluated based on the company's criteria to determine loan eligibility and interest rates.

- Loan Interest Rate: Up to 20% per annum (Late payment interest is within the agreed interest rate + 3%P, within 20% per annum), however, this applies only to contracts concluded, renewed, or extended from July 7, 2021.

- Loan Limit: Nonstop Loan (Microcredit Loan) up to 5 million KRW

Credit Loan up to 30 million KRW / Auto Collateral Loan up to 70 million KRW / Real Estate Secured Loan: Limit granted based on market value

- Loan Term: 12 to 60 months (subject to change depending on loan product and repayment method)

- Repayment Method: Flexible principal repayment (lump-sum repayment at maturity)

- Interest Payment Method: Monthly deferred payment

- Incidental Expenses: Debt confirmation certificate issuance fee; in the case of real estate secured loans, registration license tax, local education tax, registration application fees, National Housing Bond purchase fees, address change fees, confirmation document fees, mortgage cancellation fees, etc. shall be incurred.

Mortgage cancellation fees for automobile and real estate secured loans are borne by the debtor.

- Early Repayment Conditions: No early repayment conditions (however, for real estate secured loans, an early repayment fee of up to 3% based on the agreed interest rate may apply if repaid within 3 years).

- Example of Total Loan Cost: If 1 million KRW is repaid over a 12-month period at an annual interest rate of 20% using the equal principal and interest repayment method, the total repayment amount is 1,111,609 KRW.

Essential Access Permissions

- Storage: File access permission used to store joint certificates and check for OS tampering to enhance security.

- Phone: Calling and management permission used to connect to the Customer Center and branches, as well as configure push notification settings.

- App Activity: Obtained broad package and visibility permissions to collect app information and detect malicious apps in order to prevent electronic financial transaction fraud.

Optional Access Permissions

- Camera: Required for taking photos of identification documents and submitting supporting materials. As an optional permission, this function may be restricted if you do not agree.

- Photos and Videos: Used for saving photos and collecting photos submitted as supporting documents. As an optional permission, this function may be restricted if you do not agree.

- Notifications: Used to receive notifications such as important announcements. As an optional permission, receiving notifications may be restricted if you do not agree.
