What happens if I'm late with a payment?

In case of late payment, your cell phone may be temporarily blocked to help you maintain control.

Your interest does not increase and we do not charge late fees — you only pay what you had already agreed to. As soon as you make the payment, your cell phone will automatically unblock and you can continue using your credit as normal. Pay and move forward — without surprises.
