INTAXO Online Invoicing

The INTAXO application is online invoicing and accounting on your phone. In the application, you can issue an invoice while being outside the office, check previously issued invoices, contractor data or e.g. the price of the product. If you do not know the customer's data, you can search for it in the GUS database by entering its NIP or REGON - the data will be downloaded automatically. You can send each invoice by e-mail as a PDF attachment directly from the application along with a thank you/request for payment. In addition, you have constant access to accounting data.

The main features of the INTAXO invoicing program are:

● issuing VAT, pro forma, margin, advance and final invoices

● issuing invoices based on existing pro forma invoices

● issuing corrective invoices

● handling invoices in PLN and in foreign currencies: EUR, USD, GBP and many others

● printing invoices in the following languages: Polish, English (invoice), German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, Russian, Estonian

● printing bilingual invoices (main and additional language)

● quick issuing of similar invoices (cloning)

● invoice preview (simplified and real)

● sending PDF invoices to clients by e-mail directly from the program

● taking photos (scans) of cost invoices

● adding and searching for contractors, goods and services

● accounting (viewing income tax and VAT amounts, ZUS contributions)

● catalog of goods and services with the function of issuing invoices from the level of the above-mentioned catalogs

● work on phones and tablets

● export of JPK files

The INTAXO invoice program is integrated with the intaxo.pl user account - thanks to this, users have access to invoices from both a smartphone and a computer in a web browser.

In the browser version, it is possible to generate JPK files.

An account in INTAXO can be created both in the mobile application and on the intaxo.pl website. Registration is completely free and allows you to familiarize yourself with the program for 30 days. After the trial period, you can issue up to 3 invoices per month completely free of charge!

Intaxo is a commercial invoicing application, unaffiliated with the government. It does not represent any government bodies or perform tasks on their behalf. Available integrations with government systems only facilitate communication with these systems and are based on publicly available technical documentation.
