2. Add the shape of the trip — who's coming, roughly when, and your budget.

3. Get somewhere to go — a destination chosen for your reasons, with everything you need to judge whether it's right.

Flight estimates from your nearest airport, plus a breakdown of what the trip is likely to run for your group. Estimates, clearly marked as estimates — never a fake precise number.

• What the weather is really like

Close-in trips get a live forecast. Planning months ahead? You'll see what that place is typically like at that time of year, so you can pack and plan with confidence.

• Somewhere you can picture

Real photographs of the place, so it's a destination rather than a name on a screen.

• Options, if the first one isn't it

Don't love the top pick? There are alternatives, chosen the same way.

• Trips worth keeping

Save the ones you like and come back to them. Sign in with Apple if you'd like them on your other devices — entirely optional.

We don't track you across other apps or websites, we don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it. You can use Trippé without an account, and delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time.
