This entity was launched, by the grace of God, in 1444 AH to serve pilgrims from all over the world, based on the accumulated experiences in the Hajj sector and serving the guests of the Merciful, spanning more than six decades, specifically since 1380 AH. Services have evolved and grown with unlimited support from the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, reaching the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030, in which serving the guests of the Merciful is considered an important part of the vision's pillars. We have placed it at the forefront of our work and services provided, according to the highest standards of quality, excellence, and innovation.
