The Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance app is merging with Monimo, Samsung Financial's integrated platform.

Starting June 28, the Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance app service will be terminated, and all functions will be provided through Monimo.

Since the existing app will be difficult to use after the service ends, please start a more convenient financial life with Monimo!

All services previously provided by the Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance app (contract confirmation, claims, payments, etc.) are available on Monimo.

[Supported OS]

- Android 7.0 or higher

[Supported Resolutions]

- Optimized for a 1280 * 720 aspect ratio (1920x1280, 2560x1440)

- The entire landscape screen may not be visible at resolutions of 1280 * 720 or lower. [Supported Devices]

- Optimized for Samsung and LG smartphones; tablets are not supported.

[Access Permissions]

We would like to inform you about the access permissions required to use the service.

Access permissions are divided into mandatory and optional permissions.

Consent to optional permissions is required when using the corresponding function; however, even if you do not allow them, you can still use the service except for the function in question.

- Location Information: Location verification for emergency dispatch, service networks, etc.

- Apps displayed over other apps: Digital ARS

- Contacts: Electronic signature identity verification

To ensure safe financial transactions, the service cannot be used on devices that have been arbitrarily modified, such as rooted devices.

Please factory reset any arbitrarily modified devices through the manufacturer's service center before use. * Rooting: Obtaining administrator privileges on a smartphone equipped with the Android operating system, resulting in the device's OS being arbitrarily modified or altered by malware, etc.
