Important: Companion App & Hardware Requirements

The Twin Health app is a companion to the Twin Health program and is designed to function through the integration of health data from external hardware. To experience the full range of precision health insights, the app connects with compatible devices provided to enrolled members.

Device Compatibility & Data Integration

To provide personalized metabolic guidance, the app utilizes device sensors and third-party integrations. The Twin Health app does not independently generate medical sensor data; instead, it relies on syncing with the following compatible hardware:

- CONTINUOUS GLUCOSE MONITORS (CGM)—Fully compatible with Dexcom G7, G6, and Stelo (manufactured and FDA-regulated by Dexcom, Inc.)

- BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING—Integrates with Medline blood pressure meters (manufactured by Medline Industries, LP) via Bluetooth

- ACTIVITY & WEARABLES—Syncs steps, heart rate, and sleep data from Fitbit and Garmin devices through their respective platforms

- METABOLIC TRACKING—Supports data syncing from compatible smart scales and ketone meters provided through the Twin program
