The authority to conclude loan agreements through credit screening, etc., lies with financial institutions that directly sell financial products. - Consumers may seek compensation for damages related to the use of this service from financial institutions, which are direct sellers of financial products, and Team Wink, which is a financial product sales intermediary, pursuant to Articles 44 and 45 of the Financial Consumer Protection Act.

- KB Fintech does not receive any monetary compensation from consumers in connection with loan contracts or loan executions through this service, and does not collect loan interest or principal repayments on behalf of financial institutions.

- Personal information and credit information entered by consumers for the use of this service are held and managed by the financial institutions, which are direct sellers of financial products.
