■Saga Bank App Features

[Open a New Account]

You can apply to open a Saga Bank savings account.

[View Balance and Transaction Details]

By registering your account in the app, you can check your balance and transaction details at any time.

It also has a convenient memo function, so you can manage your money wisely.

If you have multiple accounts, you can check them by registering additional accounts.

[Various Investment Trust Transactions]

You can open, purchase, and cancel investment trust and NISA accounts all in the app.

[Card Loan Function]

You can take out and repay card loans using the app without going to an ATM.

*Some card loans are not available via the app.

[Transfers/Transfers]

You can transfer funds and transfer funds (to your own Saga Bank account) using the app without going to a branch or ATM.

[Term Deposits]

You can make deposits, withdrawals, and view statements for your general account term deposits.

*Only available for online general accounts.

[Notification Feature]

Receive push notifications and notifications about large deposits and withdrawals, scheduled deductions, and more.

[Customer Information (Address/Phone Number) Changes]

You can change the address and phone number you've registered with the bank.

[Card Lock]

You can lock transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals, for accounts linked to the app.

[Home Loan Partial Prepayment]

You can estimate and officially apply for a home loan partial prepayment.

[Notes]

The Saga Bank app is intended for individual customers who have a Saga Bank savings account and use a cash card.

*This service does not apply to business use.

■About the Account Opening Feature

Accounts opened through this app are web accounts that do not issue passbooks.

You will need a valid photo ID, such as a My Number card or driver's license issued in Japan, to verify your identity. Please have this document ready.

If the name and address on your identification document differ from your current name and address, you will not be able to open an account.

An account will not be opened at the time of application. After your account is opened, you will receive an "Account Number Notification." Your cash card will arrive approximately 10 days after the process is complete.

To prevent rejection of application confirmation emails, please change your email settings to allow emails from the following domains:
