You no longer have to look for a leaflet or information about the drug on the Internet. You will gain access to them thanks to the integration of the Home Pharmacy with the register of medicinal products updated on an ongoing basis by units of the Ministry of Health.

Importantly, with Apteczka Domowa you gain a guarantee of data confidentiality. Information about what medications you buy and take is saved only on your phone.

Basic functionalities:

• Adding new medications - take photos, scan barcodes, add information.

• Overview of the list of medicines - search by name, expiry date, pharmaceutical form or manufacturer's name.

• Updating drug data - edit the number of packages in the first aid kit, remove expired items, view descriptions and leaflets.

• Control of expiry dates - establish rules for informing about expiry dates, update drug lists.

• Catalog of medicines - find descriptions of medicines in the catalog of pharmaceuticals provided by the Ministry of Health, download leaflets with descriptions.

• Medication reminders - add medication reminders to your calendar and manage previously entered medications.

How to create your Home First Aid Kit?

1. Download the app

2. Take a photo of the medicine to add it to the medicine cabinet

3. Scan the QR code from the medicine packaging (do not enter data manually, just use the public catalog of pharmaceuticals).

4. Enter the expiration date from the packaging

5. Determine the number of packages you have

6. Save your data and use automatic reminders and notifications.

Home Apteczka belongs to the Asseco Mobile Patient Apps (AMPA) product family, which was created to support patients in the treatment process. AMPA includes both stand-alone applications and those that support cooperation with Asseco solutions operating in medical care facilities throughout the country.
