myNFP was designed specifically for users of the symptothermal method. If you want to use myNFP sensibly, you should look into the symptothermal method.

myNFP requires a paid account after a 30-day test phase.

What is myNFP used for?

The myNFP software supports users of the symptothermal method in logging and evaluating their cycles.

myNFP can create a cycle curve based on the data entered by the user and evaluate it using the symptothermal method (also called NFP) based on the Sensiplan rules. myNFP transparently shows which method rules are used to determine the fertility status so that the user can always understand the evaluation and, if necessary, change it manually.

The prerequisite for proper use is: knowledge of the method, regular and careful temperature measurement (using a CE-marked thermometer with a resolution of at least 0.05°C), regular and careful recording of all relevant physical symptoms and the absence of exceptional circumstances that disrupt the cycle evaluation could.

Evaluated cycles must always be checked by the user for plausibility!

myNFP aims to detect fertility status, but is neither a contraceptive nor does it control physiological processes. The information myNFP provides is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.

TARGET GROUP PROFILE

German-speaking women between 18 and 45 years old with a natural cycle, with 9+ completed school classes, who can read and write.

PRECAUTIONS

- Using the symptothermal method of conception control reduces the chance of becoming pregnant, but requires additional contraception during the fertile phase.

- myNFP cannot be used if you are using hormonal contraception or taking medications that have a hormonal effect.

- myNFP should not be used if you are not interested in learning the symptothermal method according to the Sensiplan rules.

- myNFP must not be used if pregnancy leads to increased health risks.
