[App Permission Information]

We provide the following information regarding the access permissions used by the app. Access permissions are divided into mandatory and optional permissions. For optional access permissions, you can still use the app even if you do not agree to allow them.

■ Optional Access Permissions

· Phone: This permission is required for mobile phone identity verification and access to the address book.

· Nearby Devices: Used for receiving hospital arrival welcome messages and for registration processing via arrival confirmation upon arrival at a medical department.

· Location: Uses location information for transmitting and receiving data with Beacons installed inside the hospital.

However, this is used solely for providing guidance on hospital medical services based on location information and does not store any data.

· Notifications: This is required to receive information sent via app push messages during medical services.

■ If you are using a smartphone running Android OS version lower than 6.0, all access permissions may be applied as mandatory permissions without any optional access permissions. In this case, you must upgrade your operating system to 6.0 or higher and reinstall the app to properly configure access permissions.

■ If you are using an existing app, you must delete and reinstall the app to configure access permissions.

[Notes on Permission Consent and How to Withdraw]

1. You can use the app even if you do not agree to optional access permissions.

2. If you do not agree to optional access permissions, there may be restrictions on some service features. 3. You can withdraw your consent by revoking access permissions under “Phone Settings → Application (App) Management → Samsung Changwon Hospital → Permissions.”
