INDYA - Nutrición

INDYA is a sports nutritionist service for anyone looking to improve their performance through healthy eating.

Athletes of any level and any sport: from athletes who go to the gym and play paddle tennis with their friends to Olympic athletes, including triathletes, popular cyclists or trail runners.

HOW DO I START?

The first step will be to complete a form in which we collect the information that your nutritionist needs to design your 100% personalized nutritional plan. Schedules, training, tastes, allergies, intolerances, level and time of cooking, habits, preferred foods...

Then you must subscribe to one of the rates (monthly, semiannual or annual). We do not have a free trial or free service, since we are sports nutritionists. The app is just a means to have better monitoring.

Once you finish registering, you can book a video call with your nutritionist and ask them any questions you may have.

HOW IS MY PLAN CREATED?

By completing the form, we will choose the nutritionist that best suits your profile and your challenge. They all compete or have competed in a sport and work to offer you a unique nutrition service.

Firstly, the energy your body needs is calculated based on your basal metabolism, physical activity and intensity of each of your workouts.

Once your nutritional architecture is configured, we look for the recipes that best adapt to the information you have provided us and in less than 48 hours you will receive the nutrition you need.

Your nutritionist will monitor your nutritional plan to accompany you in meeting the goal you have set for yourself.

WHAT IS THE APP LIKE?

In the app you can find your planning with healthy recipes according to your nutritional needs. The INDYA app allows you to track your plan with various functionalities:

The description of each recipe with its photo and the nutritional information of the foods

Added to each meal: coffees, desserts, sports supplements...

The shopping list with the exact quantities. If you change any recipe, the list is automatically modified

Option to book an anthropometry session at the center or a video call

Workouts you have every day with the planned pre-workout or post-workout

Chat with your sports nutritionist to ask any questions or suggestions

In addition, the planning will be increasingly personalized since you will be able to transfer the data on the evolution to your sports nutritionist:

Marking compliance with each meal and each workout

Marking your favorite recipes

Automatic recipe change without altering the nutritional value of food

To improve this information and have better nutritional planning, you can connect with other apps and link the information from your wearables:

Google Connected Health: You can now synchronize your data with INDYA to have even more refined information, and to make it much easier to collect your weight data, heart rate, rest time, etc.

Strava: You can also integrate with Strava and collect data from your workouts such as duration, heart rate during workouts, calorie consumption and even your PRs

Your nutrition plan is automatically renewed. At the end of the month, you will have a monthly reset active that allows you to share again the information you need to continue pursuing the goal you have set for yourself.
