■ Service contents

- Credit guarantee: Guarantee application, application details, etc.

- Electronic contract: credit guarantee contract, etc.

- Document submission: Upload and photograph non-face-to-face screening documents

- Consultation reservation: Reservation for branch visit consultation, check reservation details

■ Preparation before using the service

- Mobile phone identity verification is required when using services such as registration and warranty application.

- Select joint, financial, and simple certificates such as electronic contracts and information inquiry consent

- When running the app, permissions such as push notification and camera are required.

■ Instructions for use

- Supported OS: Android 6.0 or higher (latest OS upgrade recommended)

- For safe financial transactions, use of the service will be restricted if the operating system has been altered.
