Reale Mutua Mobile

New version of the Reale Mutua Mobile App! The app has been completely revamped and now offers easier and more streamlined navigation, as well as improved performance and many new features!

With this new version, you can:

• Consult and manage your insurance status on the go, viewing the various product guarantees, premiums, values, and graphs of your life policies. You can also perform operations, such as suspending/reactivating or renewing your policies, directly from the app!

• Request roadside assistance and track the status of your assistance from your mobile device.

• Open a claim and track its progress, so you know who your adjuster will be and how long it will take for your case to be processed!

• Request an appointment or request a contact from your agency.

• Check another vehicle's insurance coverage in the event of an accident in seconds by simply entering the license plate.

• Receive real-time notifications in the event of storms, hail, and snow to protect your belongings.

• Quickly find contact information for the Reale Mutua agencies, affiliated body shops, and healthcare facilities closest to you.

The app also offers the "Realmente Wellness" feature, where customers can accumulate points based on their activity and access discounts on policy renewals.

Thanks to integration with Health Connect, the app tracks the number of steps taken by users and converts them into points. Steps are a key metric for the program.

In addition to steps, users can also use other activities, such as running, cycling, or other sports, directly through Health Connect. External devices such as Garmin, Polar, and similar devices must be connected to Health Connect for physical activities to be used to accumulate points. All activities are aggregated and included in the score, further motivating regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle.

This feature was created as part of the Realmente Wellness program to encourage customers to maintain fitness, promote healthy habits, and simultaneously benefit from discounts when renewing their health insurance policies.
