■ How to Use

① A cash card issued by our bank is required to use this app.

② Upon first use, you will be required to enter your account number, cash card PIN, and other personal authentication information to prevent fraudulent use.

*If you have reported the loss of your cash card, please go to your nearest branch to have it reissued before registering.

③ The accounts that can be registered in the app are ordinary savings accounts, time deposits, installment time deposits, foreign currency ordinary savings accounts, foreign currency time deposits, card loans, and purpose-specific savings accounts. Only accounts under the same name can be registered.

*Up to 20 yen deposits and 20 foreign currency deposits can be registered.

④ Only one smartphone per account can be registered in this app.

⑤ If you change your device, please install this app on your new smartphone and perform account authentication again.

⑥ About Deposit and Withdrawal Notifications

・Deposit and withdrawal notifications will be sent to your main account and sub-accounts.

・Notifications will be sent for deposits and withdrawals that have occurred since the last notification.

* This applies only to transactions whose details have not been confirmed in this app.

* Due to the status of the smartphone device itself, model changes, communication, and our bank's system, notifications may be delayed or not sent at all. Therefore, please be sure to log in to this app to check the latest deposit and withdrawal details.
