Unimed-BH customer app

The Unimed-BH app for customers provides everything you need to schedule appointments, find locations and guides for carrying out exams and procedures, as well as information about finances and managing your account.

We've made some changes to further improve your experience. Take a look at the new features you will find:

- Schedule appointments in person or online, according to the availability of your plan and find emergency care locations for urgent or emergency cases;

- Search by specialty, specialist name or both

together. Just start typing and we will suggest options

related to your search;

- If you are a Unimed Pleno customer, have easy access to your

reference doctor and search directly for specialist doctors to carry out your referral consultations;

- Include Unimed-BH customer profiles in your account and manage appointment scheduling and information about family and acquaintances. Always with the card number and permission of these users.

- Find appointments that you have scheduled through the app and returns available to book in your calendar;

- Consult the list of professionals and service locations

your Unimed-BH health plan or your Dental plan. Also find Unimed Brasil's accredited network for searches outside the coverage area;

- Favorite doctors and locations and have your own list of professionals and places to speed up your future appointments.

The app is free and has restricted access to customers.
