The Vera app provides you with verified learning modules from various specialist fields. In clear language, doctors, therapists, and other specialists explain what is behind your symptoms and what options are available to actively manage them.

Personalized Support for Everyday Life

Based on your diary data, the Vera app creates a personalized daily plan. This includes relevant content and exercises to support you in your daily life. You can also create an SOS plan and use your analyses for discussions with your doctor.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE APP:

To use the Vera app, you need an activation code from your health insurance provider.

There are two ways to obtain the code:

Option 1 – Existing Diagnosis:

Submit proof of a medical diagnosis related to menopausal symptoms (e.g., menopausal syndrome) to your health insurance provider.

Option 2 – Prescription from a doctor:

A doctor can issue you a prescription for the Vera app. You then submit this prescription to your health insurance provider.

In both cases, you will receive an activation code from your health insurance provider, which you enter into the Vera app. The Vera app is activated for one quarter with this code. The app will notify you in good time when reactivation is required. For this, you submit a new prescription to your health insurance provider.

Target Group

The Vera app is designed for women experiencing menopausal symptoms. The app can be used with a doctor's prescription and—depending on the health insurance provider's decision—also without one.

Contraindications

There are no general contraindications. However, if you experience any physical discomfort during the exercises, you should consult your doctor before continuing.

In the following circumstances, please consult your doctor before starting any physical exercises or nutritional content to determine which components of the Vera app are suitable for you:

Acute inflammation or fever

Advanced heart disease

Malignant diseases

Acute or chronic injuries to the spine, spinal cord, knee, or hip joints
