Ironset is a private, offline-first strength and cardio tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch. Build training plans, log every set, understand your progress, and stay accountable—without ads, third-party analytics, or trackers.

TRAIN YOUR WAY

• Log strength and cardio workouts. Track warm-ups, working sets, drop sets, supersets, RPE, RIR, notes, rest timers, and personal records.

• Build reusable workout plans, choose a recommended starting routine, or import workouts from CSV.

• Run workouts from iPhone, follow your session on Apple Watch, and use Live Activities, Dynamic Island, Lock Screen controls, and Control Center actions.

• Schedule compatible plans in Apple’s Workout app.

ACCOUNTABILITY WITHOUT THE NOISE

• Use Live Crew with Sign in with Apple to connect by username, share goals and progress, copy shared programs, train with a partner, and run fair competitions.

• Send preset cheers during live sessions and optionally share what you are listening to.

• Join global and country leaderboards only when you opt in.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Guest mode stays fully on-device. Detailed workout history, Health data, measurements, progress photos, notes, and listening history are not uploaded to Crew. Connected features are optional and explain what they share before they send data. Ironset contains no ads or third-party analytics.

Ironset Pro is available as auto-renewable weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions. Eligible new subscribers may receive an introductory trial. Payment and renewal are managed by Apple; subscriptions can be managed or canceled in App Store settings.
