HOW DOES MERCATOPOLIS WORK?

SELECT

Select at home what you want to sell. The Mercatopoli shops exhibit on consignment what is perfectly clean and functional.

GO TO THE STORE

Go to the Mercatopoli store closest to you. Each shop has its own methods of collecting the items, check the necessary information on the shop's website. If you have bulky furniture to sell you can request a free initial evaluation, many shops also offer an inexpensive transport system.

EVALUATION OF OBJECTS

An expert staff will evaluate your items and give you the Mercatopoli card, with which you can register in the My Mercatopoli reserved area and check the situation of your items in real time.

Remember that the card is mandatory for all item loading operations!

EXHIBITION AND SALE

The exhibition will have a minimum duration of 60 days for items up to 50 euros and 90 days for items of a value equal to or greater than 50 euros.

Therefore, the articles will not be subject to discounts and the sale price will be the one proposed at the time of loading.

RIGHT OF THINKING

The products remain yours until they are purchased, hoarded or donated to charity. You have the option of returning to pick them up whenever you want with the methods set out in the sales mandate.

CHECK SALES

Check in your reserved area if you have sold your items. After 15 days from the sale, you can go to the store to collect the refund, equal to 50% of the sale price. Remember: you have 365 days to collect your refund!
