"Electronic Medication Notebook" is a medication notebook app that can be used in conjunction with dispensing pharmacies that are members of "Your Dispensing Pharmacy."

Simply submit your prescription to a pharmacy that is part of "Your Pharmacy" and your prescription records will be automatically entered and managed in your electronic medication notebook.

With this app, you can easily manage medication notebook information for multiple people, including your family members.

■ Main features ■

・You can check prescriptions, prescribed medicines, usage, and dosage.

・You can check all prescriptions for each family member at once.

・Up to three pharmacies to which you have submitted prescriptions will be automatically registered as your family pharmacies. You can also change your registration to your favorite pharmacy.

・Supports LINE (*1) and SMS login. There are no troublesome registration procedures.

■ To make more use of it… ■

・You can record prescription details in your notebook by scanning the QR code, even if you received a prescription from a pharmacy that is not a member of "Your Pharmacy." (※2)

・You can also transfer your paper medication notebook by entering it yourself. However, there are restrictions on the prescription drugs that can be registered.

・You will receive a notification according to the date and time of taking your prescription medicine.

-Equipped with an alarm function to prevent you from forgetting to take your medication.
