If you choose to purchase a Herald Premium, Viva Premium or Listener subscription your payment will be processed by Google Play. You can manage your subscription, including renewal and requests for refunds, via the google play store.

If you want to cancel your subscription, or request a refund, you are also able to handle this via the NZ Herald app in the “Profile and Settings” section.
