This mobile application provides a comprehensive Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) designed specifically for Telangana State Government Hospitals in India. The application supports digital healthcare delivery by enabling seamless and secure access to clinical data for both doctors and patients. The platform allows authorized doctors to access patient records safely and efficiently. Doctors can upload and view visit-wise prescriptions, helping them understand the patient’s treatment history across multiple visits. This feature supports better clinical decisions, especially for follow-up and long-term care cases. Doctors can also monitor investigation trends of patients over time, allowing them to track progress, identify health concerns early, and plan treatment more effectively. In addition, the application provides digital access to patient lab reports, ensuring timely review of test results without delays caused by paper-based processes.

The application also enables doctors to securely access patient X-rays and imaging records directly within the platform. Digital imaging access reduces dependency on physical films and supports faster diagnosis and referrals. Doctors can manage both internal referrals within the same hospital and external referrals to other hospitals or specialists, ensuring smooth patient movement and continuity of care. The system also allows doctors to modify departments and units based on availability, helping hospitals manage patient flow, workload, and resources more efficiently during peak hours.

For patients, the application offers secure and convenient access to personal health information. Patients can log in to view their visit-wise prescriptions, lab reports, and X-rays at any time, reducing the need to carry or store physical medical records. The application also provides access to ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) details, supporting India’s digital health ecosystem and helping patients maintain a unified health identity across healthcare services.

To further improve user experience, the application includes an integrated chatbot that provides immediate assistance for hospital-related inquiries. The chatbot helps users find information, understand basic hospital services, and get quick support without depending on manual help desks.
