MoodBoss — your pocket emotional barometer.

Every day it shows:

— the emotional “weather” of the day;

— stress index 0–100% — how strong the negative background is today;

— life energy index 0–100% — how much resource you have for the day;

— six basic emotion indices 0–95%: joy, interest, calmness, anxiety, sadness, anger.

How it works

Enter your height, weight, date of birth, and, if needed, cycle data.

The algorithm takes into account:

— hormonal background;

— age and body mass index;

— activity, sleep, nutrition, and daily events;

— for profiles with a cycle — cycle phase;

— for profiles without a cycle — daily rhythm and workload context.
