Parley turns any conversation into organized notes and a clear summary, automatically. It records meetings, calls, lectures, and doctor visits from your phone, even with the screen off, and transcribes and separates speakers entirely on the device. Your audio is never uploaded to any server.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Hit record, or let Parley run quietly in the background.
2. It picks up the conversation in the room: a meeting, a lecture, a Teams or Google Meet call playing out loud, or a doctor's visit.
3. On-device AI transcribes it and separates speakers. Parley then builds a summary: decisions, action items, promises with dates, open questions, next touchpoints.
FOUR TEMPLATES, APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY
Parley picks a template from the folder you record into:
• Business Meeting: decisions, promises and commitments, open questions, next touchpoints
• Personal Conversation: commitments, next touchpoints, who said what
• Lecture and Training: key takeaways, glossary of terms
• Medical Visit: a checklist, open questions, and medications with dose and frequency, organized purely from what was said out loud. Parley does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. It just turns your doctor visit into readable notes.
CONNECT YOUR TOOLS
All optional, all revocable anytime.
• Gmail: emails your summaries from your own address (send-only)
• Google Calendar: creates events from what was discussed
• Microsoft Teams: auto-imports your call transcripts
• Outlook Calendar: creates events
• Google Meet: no special integration needed, Parley just captures the audio playing in the room
A companion read-only web app lets you browse synced notes from a PC (Google sign-in required there).
ASK PARLEY
Ask about your own past meetings, like "What did Maria promise last week?", and get a weekly brief of open promises and follow-ups, all retrieved on-device.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Recording and transcription happen on your phone, not the cloud. Parley asks for clear consent on first launch. Voice-profile enrollment for speaker recognition is optional and deletable anytime. One "Delete all my data" button erases everything, on-device and in the cloud. Cloud sync, when used, is hosted in the EU. No ads, no third-party trackers, nothing sold.
LANGUAGES
Fully translated into English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish. Summaries come back in whatever language was spoken.
PRICING
Recording and transcription are unlimited and free, forever. Only AI summaries use metered hours: Starter (10h/month, €5), Regular (20h/month, €8, most popular), Power (50h/month, €20), plus €5 top-ups for 10 more hours. First month free. Billed through Google Play, cancel anytime.
Every conversation worth remembering, organized automatically, kept private by design.
