The Inner Game is built on a simple truth from Tim Gallwey's classic framework: Performance = Potential − Interference. You don't perform better by trying harder. You perform better by getting out of your own way.

This is daily mental practice for athletes and performers. Tennis, pickleball, running, golf, chess, and anyone who's felt their mind work against them under pressure.

HOW IT WORKS

You start each morning with a short clip that teaches you a skill of the inner game, from a course you've enrolled in, or from our growing library. Then you talk it through with your coach and set your intention for the day. A moment to reflect in your journal closes the loop.

Over time, you learn to recognize your own interference, the specific thoughts and patterns that pull you out of your game, and to quiet them. Not by force. By awareness. Your Insights section tracks these patterns as they emerge, so the shift becomes visible, not just felt.
