PAYPAYA provides Nano Finance loans with single disbursement and equal monthly repayment options.

Loan Details:

• Credit Amount: 1,000 - 50,000 THB

• Interest Rate (APR): 33% per annum (The lower the principal, the lower the interest)

• Repayment Period: Minimum 3 months - Maximum 12 months

• No Collateral or Guarantor Required

• No Penalties for Early Repayments

Fees and Transparency:

1. Interest Rate (APR): A maximum annual interest rate of 33%, Inclusive of all fees.

2. Example of installment (principal + interest) calculation for PAYPAYA loan product offering (Nano Finance):

On 1 January 2023, the customer signs a loan contract with PAYPAYA with amount THB 1,000 with 3 installments

• Loan amount: THB 1,000

• Money transferred to customer's bank account: THB 1,000

• APR: 33%

• Tenor: 30 days *3=90 days

Therefore,

• 31 Jan 2023, pay THB 351.58 with the principle=THB 324.46, accrued 30-day interest 1,000.00*33%*30/365=THB 27.12, The remaining principal=THB 675.54

• 2 March 2023, pay THB 351.58 with the principle=THB 333.26, accrued 30-day interest 675.54*33%*30/365=THB 18.32, The remaining principal=THB 342.28

•1 April 2023, pay THB 351.56 with the principle=THB 342.28, accrued 30-day interest 342.28*33%*30/365=THB 9.28 The remaining principal=THB 0

Total payment=THB 1054.71 with the total interest (calculated at 33% APR) = THB 54.72 from the principal of THB 1,000*
