How can you keep all your health-related questions at your fingertips?

With the HUK app "My Health."

The "My Health" app is your helpful companion, providing practical features and up-to-date information:

- Health portal – a guide with health tips from A to Z

- Travel abroad – fast support and assistance through HUK-COBURG's 24/7 international contact service

- Submitting invoices – save paper and postage. Submit your receipts and invoices to your health insurance quickly and easily – as a photo, for example, from your gallery, or as a PDF.

- Kaia Back Training – the digital market leader in multimodal therapy for the prevention and relief of chronic back pain

- My Contracts – see your health insurance contracts at a glance

- My Inbox – receive all your documents and statements in one place

- Benefits Overview – easily and quickly find out about your health insurance benefits

With future updates, the health app will be expanded with additional services – so "My Health" will increasingly accompany you in your everyday life.

Important information:

You need full health insurance or health insurance for those eligible for public assistance from HUK-COBURG to use the premium service "Kaia Back Training." "Kaia Back Training" is also available to policyholders with the outpatient supplementary insurance AZpremium and AZplus. Use of the premium service is free of charge and does not affect your health insurance with HUK-COBURG. To access HUK-COBURG's 24/7 emergency medical service while abroad, you must have a health insurance policy with HUK-COBURG that includes coverage for treatment abroad, for example, as part of an international travel health insurance policy. To use the premium services and "My Contracts," you, as the policyholder, need online access to your personal "My HUK" service area. If you don't already have this access, register once at www.HUK.de/registrieren. You will receive your Super Password by mail within a few days, which you can use to activate your account. The services will then be available to you after logging into the "My Health" app.

Security is especially important when it comes to your health data. Therefore, the "My Health" app meets all legal data protection and security requirements:

- Your data is always transmitted in encrypted form.

``` - The use of premium services is protected from unauthorized access by your personal "My HUK" service area login details.

- HUK-COBURG has no access to the information and health data you provide.
