With the new InSalute Servizi app you have health management at your fingertips for you and your loved ones.

InSalute Servizi is the app developed by InSalute Servizi S.p.A. to take advantage of the services made available by insurance companies, Supplementary Health Funds, Welfare Funds, Mutuals and other bodies operating in the sectors of supplementary healthcare and assistance, intended for their insured or registered/assisted persons for the management of their insurance position and healthcare.

Thanks to the InSalute Servizi app you can:

- Search for healthcare facilities, centers and freelancers in the affiliated Healthcare Network

- Book visits and tests at affiliated health centers and facilities

- Request reimbursement of healthcare expenses incurred

- Upload the necessary or requested documentation

- Monitor the status of your requests in real time and integrate any supporting documents

- Receive updates on the status of requested services

- Consult and download the annual statement of benefits and the reimbursement settlement statements

- View and download the coverage declaration

- Consult the policy conditions (function available for insured persons with a health policy) or obtain indications for consulting health regulations/plans

- View the information of the patients belonging to your family unit

- Manage privacy consents where necessary

You can access the InSalute Servizi app in these ways:

- Using the credentials of your Intesa Sanpaolo, Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking or Fideuram My Key contract. Remember that you must have activated the remote service and logged in at least once to the Intesa Sanpaolo Mobile or Alfabeto Banking app. For more information on My Key, consult the information sheet and the Guide to the services available in the branch, on www.impresasanpaolo.com and www.fideuram.it

- Using the «InSalute Servizi» credentials that were sent to you via e-mail or, in any case, using the «Don't have credentials?» function. to request them

InSalute Servizi has a Healthcare Network made up of a network of specialist doctors, centres, clinics and affiliated healthcare facilities available to insurance companies and companies, funds, funds, mutual societies and organizations for which it carries out Third Party Administrator activities.
