📡 TWO CONNECTION MODES

Bluetooth Relay (recommended):

The companion app on your phone fetches data from Tibber and relays it to your watch via Bluetooth. Benefits:

• No WiFi needed on the watch

• Works with watches without LTE/WiFi

• Lower battery consumption on the watch

• Live measurement (WebSocket) is streamed through your phone

• Automatic fallback to WiFi if Bluetooth is unavailable

WiFi / LTE Mode:

The watch connects directly to the Tibber API via WiFi or LTE. Ideal when:

• No phone nearby

• You have an LTE-capable watch

• You don't want to use the companion app

You can switch the connection mode at any time in the watch app settings.

1. Install the companion app on your Android phone

2. Choose your connection mode (Bluetooth or WiFi/LTE)

3. Enter your Tibber access token

4. Done! Prices sync automatically
