You can use points for shopping at Rakuten Market and Rakuten Books, and for payments for reservations at Rakuten Travel and Rakuten Beauty, among other Rakuten services.

●At Stores that Accept Rakuten Point Cards

You can use points for shopping at stores throughout Japan that accept Rakuten Point Cards.

* It may take several days for points earned at a store to be reflected in your Rakuten member information.

* The app may not function properly in areas with poor signal strength.

If the store selection screen does not appear in the Matsugen app for Android, please follow these steps:

(Android 10 and later) Update Android System Webview

(1) Search for "Webview" in the "Google Play Store".

(2) Select "Android System Webview," and if the [Update] button is displayed, tap it to update.
