2. Simple login service

- Easily log in and use financial transactions using biometric information (fingerprint or FACE ID) registered on your mobile phone.

- You can check ongoing work through MY page.

- You can choose the menu you mainly use through your own menu.

- Easily experience managing your own schedule with a financial calendar

- Decorate your profile and screen in the style you want

5. Loan extension and document submission service

- Jeju Bank is getting closer. Now you can do everything from submitting loan documents to extending your loan at home.

1. [Required] Phone: Verification of identity and mobile phone status, device authentication, transportation card charging and issuance, use of phone number information for consultation, etc.

2. [Required] Storage space: Access to device photos and videos, storage of joint certificates, security media, etc.

3. [Optional] Camera: ID card photo, joint certificate copy and QR code recognition, anti-phishing image settings, etc.

4. [Optional] Location: Products, services, etc. that require location authentication

5. [Optional] Notification: PUSH transmission of financial information, events, etc.

6. [Optional] Address book: Send transfer result (KakaoTalk, SMS)

※ You can use mobile banking even if you do not agree to allow optional access rights, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.

※ You can also set it in Settings>Application Management>Jeju Bank Mobile Bank>Permissions menu.

※ You can set it in [Settings < Application > Jeju Mobile Banking] on your device.

※ Jeju Bank does not request financial information such as the entire security card number for reasons such as strengthening security and app updates. (Please be careful of malicious apps impersonating Jeju Bank Mobile Bank (JBANK) by utilizing functions such as anti-phishing services. )

※ To ensure safe financial transactions, use of the service is restricted if the operating system has been tampered with, such as through jailbreak.

※ You can download through mobile carrier LTE/5G or wireless Internet (Wi-Fi). Please note that data charges may apply if the capacity specified in the LTE/5G flat rate plan is exceeded.

- Phone number (required): The JBANK app collects data so that you can use transportation card functions (recharge, issuance).
