If you prefer to follow your own routine, customise and create the perfect workout with the create your own workout feature using our extensive exercise library. The Hub also includes links to helpful videos that explain how to perform exercises.

HEALTH CONNECT

The app integrates with Health Connect to securely access your workout and health data such as steps, distance, heart rate, blood pressure, body fat, calories, weight, and height to display accurate training summaries and progress tracking. This feature is disabled by default and only becomes active when you choose to connect to Health Connect.
