Firmao also allows you to prepare and send Orders and Quotes, Stock Documents, Invoices, and other relevant documentation with a single click. Document templates may be set and freely modified. Creating certain documents (e.g. stock documents) can also update related information (e.g. stock levels) in real time. Projects can be planned along with related tasks to maintain accurate control of timescales and budgets.

The Asset module allows fast and flexible stocktaking and, with the use of printout templates, any reports, task lists, and barcode stickers can be created.

Firmao’s flexibility is supported by an up-to-date full API which enables integration with other business systems as required.

Data security and confidentiality are guaranteed by a comprehensive permission system, ensuring that each employee has access only to the information they require. Every change made by each user is recorded in the database, so that full change history can be reported. All data is securely stored on top-tier Amazon datacentres.
