Machine Saver J - Fuel&Service

The world's best app for recording and viewing maintenance and refueling information for your car or motorcycle.

You can choose between kilometers or miles for distance units, and liters or gallons for fuel volume units. Font size and color can also be customized.

You can connect to Google Drive to save and restore.

● Maintenance Information

Maintenance data is structured into three levels:

e.g., [Braking System] - [Front Brake Pads] - [Replacement].

The top-level (main category) and middle-level (sub-category) can be freely customized.

The lowest level (task) can be selected from: Inspection, Servicing, Replacement, and Overhaul.

You can set time intervals and mileage intervals for each task, allowing the next scheduled maintenance to be referenced from the maintenance screen.

As the next scheduled task approaches, the app will notify you on the main screen.

You can freely set the timing of these notifications (e.g., two weeks in advance) for each machine.

Each maintenance record can include:

Date

Task

Odometer reading

Cost

Notes

● Refueling Information

By entering the date, odometer, fuel amount, and fuel cost, the app calculates:

Fuel efficiency (e.g., km/L or mi/gal)

Price per liter/gallon

The app can automatically input the location via GPS, and notes can be added, making it useful as a quick memory log as well.

From the refueling screen, you can view annual totals for:

Distance traveled

Fuel consumption

Fuel cost

Fuel volume

● Other Features

An optional auto-backup feature saves the latest five entries to your SD card every time maintenance or refueling data is added or updated.

By regularly logging your refueling and maintenance records, you can see how much you've spent—though the total might leave you speechless!

You can also use the app to track tuning records. For example, set a main category as "Tuning" and a sub-category as "Carburetor" to easily keep track of adjustments.

The app includes only the essential features, making it a moderately useful tool.

I originally built this just to manage my own motorcycle, so please don't expect too much.
