Health and Wellness Features:

Health & Wellness is an integrated wellness experience that helps users track and improve their overall wellbeing through a daily Health Score. The score draws from physical activity, exercise, sleep, and sedentary behavior, giving users a single, meaningful number to follow each day alongside key metrics like step count, distance, calories, exercise time, sleep time, and resting heart rate.

To keep users motivated, the app pairs this tracking with step-based activity

challenges — including Virtual Marathon experiences - that encourage healthier habits over time. All health data is pulled from Health Connect or Apple Health with explicit user consent, and is used solely to generate in-app scores, insights, and challenges - nothing else.

To deliver these features, the app requests permission to read the following data from Health Connect:

- Steps - to track daily movement and fuel activity challenges.

- Distance - to measure travel during walks, runs, and virtual experiences.

- Sleep - to monitor rest patterns and contribute to the Health Score.

- Exercise - to log active sessions and calculate exercise time.

- Calories - to reflect energy expenditure across the day.

- Resting Heart Rate - to provide a baseline indicator of cardiovascular health.

Location access is used only during user-initiated activity sessions to calculate distance and routes, and is never used for continuous background tracking.

Data Use Principles:

• Fitness & Wellness data are accessed only with explicit user consent.

• Data is used solely for wellness tracking and challenge participation.

• Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

• No continuous background monitoring is performed.

• The app does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

• Data is kept secure and never shared with any third parties.

These wellness features are offered by GOSI as an optional value-added benefit, and users maintain full control over participation and data access at all times.
