"AOK My Life"—your AOK's electronic patient record (ePA)—offers you the opportunity to centrally organize your health data. Have your doctor upload medical documents. Supplement them with your own entries and create your personal health history. You can securely share this with other medical facilities as needed. This gives your doctor a quicker overview, leaving more time for your treatment.

Simple, secure, and personalized: Access your medical documents

Keep track of your health: Medical findings and other medical documents can be securely stored in your record. Authorized doctors upload your documents directly for you. Supplement your health history with your own documents. You also have access to integrated information such as your vaccination record, dental bonus booklet, proof of incapacity for work, and much more. You decide who can view which data.

Delegation Arrangements

Add a trusted person to support you, or take over the responsibility for someone important to you.

Digital Medication List

With the medication list, you keep track of your medications and minimize the risk of interactions. Your doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals can optimally coordinate your care. Manage your medication plan conveniently in the app. You receive data about your medications directly from the e-prescription service, your medication plan, or by entering it yourself.

Digital Medication Plan

With the digital medication plan, your doctor-prescribed medication plan is always clearly available in the app. This way, you always have an overview of your medication and benefit from a consistent, up-to-date presentation of your treatment.

E-Prescription

With the e-prescription, you can view and manage your prescriptions digitally and redeem them directly at the pharmacy – paperless and saving time. You can also redeem and activate digital health applications (DiGAs) directly with your health insurance provider using your e-prescription.

Do you have questions about an illness? The health portal provides comprehensive information to help you better understand medical conditions.
