Of course! Trena lets you choose between training at home or at the gym, choosing the type of weights or machines you want to use, the days you want to train, among other things. You can train from the comfort of your home at the time you prefer with exercises selected for that purpose.

Our system assigns you sets and repetitions that maximize your muscles according to your initial fitness level. As you progress and meet the parameters we ask of you, your routine will progress so you can continue increasing your muscle mass and continue to level up.
