RipTape: Torn Paper Collage

RipTape turns your photos into torn paper. Trace a letter with your finger,

and it tears out of the photo — rough edges, background and all. That's not a

bug, that's the whole point: the scrap of sky or wallpaper that comes along

is what makes it look like something you cut out of a magazine.

HOW IT WORKS

1. RIP — Open a photo and draw around anything: a letter on a sign, a leaf,

a piece of light. It tears out along the line your finger drew.

2. COLLECT — Every scrap lands in your collection. Letters are grouped by

character; free-form pieces can be tagged so you can find them later.

3. TAPE — In Studio, choose a background, lay your scraps down, move, rotate,

flip and stack them, and export a collage sized for social.
