HOW TIMERUN WORKS

You answer a few questions about your current form and your goal. In two minutes, the AI ​​creates a complete periodization plan up to your race date, with each day's workout.

THE METHOD

The engine uses Jack Daniels' VDOT to calculate paces, an 80/20 polarized distribution for intensity, and an acute-to-chronic load ratio to keep volume within a safe range. The same principles that elite coaches apply, now running in your pocket.
