This is not a medical app that provides professional diagnosis or treatment, but rather a tool designed to help you assess and manage your mental well-being on your own.

Discover your mental state, even the aspects you might not have noticed yourself. DoctorListen offers various self-assessment tests to help you reflect on your emotional well-being, stress levels, anxiety, and sleep patterns. It provides insights into conditions such as depression, bipolar tendencies, PTSD, anxiety, panic tendencies, and sleep patterns. (Please note that the results are for reference only. If you require an accurate diagnosis or professional support, we recommend consulting a healthcare expert.)

2. Lifestyle Habit Management

Evaluate lifestyle habits that heavily impact your mental health. You can check and analyze habits such as diet, exercise, sleep, and alcohol consumption, with guides provided for better management.
