The Seoul Medical Center app provides a variety of convenient medical services, including hospital information, reservations, payment, and test results confirmation.

[main function]

■ Check hospital information

You can check hospital information such as directions to the hospital, treatment information, and search for departments/medical staff.

■ Medical treatment/checkup reservation

You can easily and conveniently make a reservation using your smartphone through medical appointment/checkup reservation.

You can check your reservation details through the app, and receive schedule notifications by setting a notification at a desired time.

■ Today’s schedule

Through the ‘Today’s Schedule’ menu, you can check today’s schedule, check the location of the clinic you need to go to (directions), register for treatment, and pay treatment fees. After registering for treatment, you will be notified when you are in your third waiting line to help you wait more comfortably.

■ Directions (current location)

When you enter the hospital, you will be given a welcome message and you will be given directions to get from your current location to your desired destination.

■ Test results

You can check blood test and health checkup results anytime, anywhere through the app without having to separately manage paper results.

■ Health notebook

You can record blood sugar and blood pressure self-measurement results and easily record the results in the app by linking with the self-measurement device via Bluetooth. The saved results can be referenced by medical staff during treatment.

■ Collection of medical expenses

Mobile storage is possible without the need to wait for storage. You can also pay your family's medical expenses on your behalf through proxy payment.

■ Fill out the questionnaire

During a health checkup, you can fill out a questionnaire using the app.

■ Hospitalization diet

Upon hospitalization, you can check your weekly diet and choose a diet.

※ Selective access rights

- Location, nearby devices: Permissions required to use Bluetooth when linking the health notebook with measuring devices

- Notifications: Permissions required to receive push notification messages such as medical appointment schedule notifications and service inquiry response registration notifications.

※ You can use the service even if you do not agree to the selection rights, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.

[Service Inquiry]

If you send us an inquiry through ‘App Service Inquiry’ within the app, we will assist you in providing guidance and processing your inquiry.

'Service inquiries' within the app are sent to the app developer, not the hospital, so please contact the Seoul Medical Center directly for hospital inquiries, such as reservation information.
