Rocco Subscription Information

Not all subscribers qualify for Cash Advance and few qualify for $250. Depending on eligibility, Cash Advance offers range from $20-$40 for first-time customers and $20-$250 for all others. Expedited delivery is available for a $1.99-$14.99 fee and usually arrives within 20 minutes. Standard delivery takes up to two business days. Tipping is voluntary, ranges from 0%-20% of the Cash Advance amount, and does not impact your eligibility for future Cash Advances.

Rocco offers a 14-day trial. Once the trial concludes, Rocco charges an auto-recurring $8.99/month subscription fee for cash advance, personalized budgeting tools, spending insights, and automated alerts to help prevent overdrafts. If you do not wish to pay the subscription fee, you must cancel your subscription by visiting “Billing” in the mobile app or contacting hello@roccoapp.com.

Cash Advance 101

Rocco offers qualifying subscribers $20 - $250 to help pay expenses (such as groceries, gas, and bills) and avoid overdraft fees when you’re in a pinch. You must first link a bank account with at least 3 recurring direct deposits and pass an identity verification check. The amount of money you can take (i.e., your eligibility) refreshes daily. Rocco uses several data points—including, but not limited to, your income amount and spending patterns—to determine your eligibility. Rocco does not run a hard credit check. When you take cash, you’ll agree to a repayment date to pay your outstanding balance.

For example, if you cash out $100 for an optional $7.99 expedited delivery fee and add an optional $5 tip, your repayment will be $112.99. Generally, your repayment date will be your next predicted direct deposit date but may be repaid manually in-app at any time.

Rocco has no legal right to repayment. There is no mandatory minimum or maximum repayment term and Rocco does not charge late repayment fees.
