To meet your needs, the human resources department has collaborated with Digital Transformation to launch the MyVingroup mobile application, with the goal of providing a useful information portal for all employees. The application will be continuously developed and expanded with new features to meet the needs of employees. Main functions include:

- Update internal notification feature

- View news of the group, company

- Allow users to update, edit personal information, contact address, bank information ...

- Allow adding new, editing information on degrees, certificates

- Register for leave, sick leave, compensatory leave ...

- Register for work/training

- Change shift

- Edit entry and exit time

- View history of registration change requests

- Add registration approval section for leaders to evaluate

- View information on rewards & violations

- Add support features, view frequently asked questions & can ask questions directly to leaders ethics and human resources
