HOW TO USE ONSHOP COUPONS TO MAKE ONLINE PURCHASES

1. From desktop:

- On affiliate sites, select the product and OnShop as your payment method.

- Select PAY via app.

- Open MyOnShop or scan the QR Code to confirm the transaction.

2. From mobile:

- On affiliate sites and/or their apps, select the product and OnShop as the payment method.

- Select PAY via app.

- You will receive a notification on your phone and/or you will be redirected to the MyOnShop app to confirm the transaction.

HOW AND WHERE TO BUY ONSHOP VOUCHERS

1. From the app:

- Select Buy.

- Click on Buy Online.

- Choose the denomination and purchase the disposable PIN by entering your credit card details.

- the PIN is immediately loaded into the Pocket section of the app.

For online purchases, the following will be added to the nominal value of the OnShop voucher: the cost for the service (from 1 euro VAT included to 3 euros VAT included depending on the denomination selected) and commissions (1.5% + 0.25 euros VAT included).

2. In authorized sales points

● Classic mode:

○ Go to one of the 100,000 authorized points of sale.

○ Ask to purchase the OnShop voucher (available in denominations from €10 to €300).

○ Receive an electronic receipt with your 12-digit PIN.

○ Upload it to the app via the Upload section.

● OnShop FAST:

○ Go to a supermarket, electronics store or authorized retailer.

○ Open the MyOnShop app and select Buy.

○ Click on Buy in a store.

○ Choose the denomination of your OnShop voucher and generate the barcode to show at the checkout.

○ the PIN is immediately loaded into the Pocket section of the app.

WHAT IS THE POCKET SECTION IN THE APP

The Pocket section in the MyOnShop app was created to facilitate purchases, keeping all the characteristics of the shopping voucher unchanged.

It is not a customer account nor a wallet, but an electronic container to digitally and distinctly store the purchased receipts from each other and subsequently be able to use them without manually entering the PIN at check-out.
