A thin strip of light glows along the edges of your screen — and that light is your forecast. Each segment is an hour; the colors are the weather. Glance at your phone and you've already read the day: the cold start, the afternoon rain, the evening clearing. No widgets, no unlocking, no app to open.

Choose what the light tells you:

• Temperature — watch a cold morning warm into the afternoon, and know if it's a jacket day

• Precipitation — see when the rain starts, how hard it'll fall, and when it lets up

• Wind — check for calm before a ride, a run, or a day on the water

• Conditions — sun, clouds, rain, and snow, dimming naturally after sunset

Make it yours: give each edge its own channel, pick a designed palette (including the Classic LED look) or build your own color scales, and set the glow over a dark backdrop or a photo of your own. Some bundled backgrounds feature photography from Unsplash contributors.

Forecasts come from the National Weather Service (with severe-weather alerts for US locations) and MET Norway (worldwide).
