· SPOTV NOW does not support simultaneous account logins. · SPOTV NOW supports PCs, smartphones, and Smart TVs (Samsung/LG/Apple/select Android models).

· Smart TVs supported by the Premium subscription require the following operating systems:

· Samsung (Tizen 3.0 or higher) / LG (WebOS 4.0 or higher) / Apple (tvOS 16 or higher) / Android (Android 9 or higher)

· Scheduled live broadcasts may be cancelled depending on the broadcasting environment.

· VOD may not be available for some matches.

■ Notes on Subscription Purchase

· All subscriptions are products subject to monthly recurring payments. (Excluding some subscriptions)

· If you are currently subscribed, recurring payments will continue even if you withdraw your membership, so please be sure to check whether you have canceled.

· Payment cancellations are possible if submitted within 7 days including the payment date, without any viewing history.

· Partial refunds excluding viewing history are not available.

· You can set up recurring payment cancellation (subscription cancellation) in advance of the payment date. · Identity verification is required for cancellations or terminations made through the Customer Center.

· Subscriptions obtained through discounts, coupons, events, or promotions are non-refundable.
