NUTRITION

Meal plans designed by leading nutritionists, tailored to your goal, including healthy treats and family-friendly meals. You get step-by-step recipes, weekly grocery lists, and daily macro tracking. Scan a barcode to log food instantly, or point your camera at a meal and we’ll work out the macros for you.

SOCIAL

Connect with the Tammy Fit community inside the app. Share your progress, see what other members are doing, and train alongside women who get it. This is what keeps people coming back.

MINDFULNESS

Guided breathwork and mindfulness sessions from 5 to 20 minutes, designed to help with stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Because results aren't just physical.

PROGRESS TRACKING

Weight, steps, water, workouts, and food, all tracked in one place. Your diary maps out each day so you always know where you're at and how far you've come.

Connect with Google Health to display your step count and report your progress including workouts, nutrition and hydration.
