How does it work?

Buy a Museum Card or give one as a gift. Do you already have a Museum Card? In the app you can easily convert your Museum Card to a digital Museum Card. This way you always have your Museum Card at hand. You can also put that of your partner or child in the app.

At the museum you show your personal digital Museum Card in the app.

Did you receive a gift card or purchase a physical temporary card at the museum? You can also easily convert this in the app to a digital Museum Card that is immediately valid. For security purposes, you will receive your access code via your email address. No more waiting at the mailbox for your plastic card to arrive, always have your Museum Card in your pocket.

Do you want to know which museum is near you? Would you like to discover which exhibitions are in your favorite museum? You can easily find it all in the app. You will also find the answers to the most frequently asked questions here. And if you really can't figure it out, an email to customer service can be arranged in no time.
