PM-UDAY(DDA)

The PM-UDAY (Pradhan Mantri - Unauthorized Colonies in Delhi Awas Yojana) scheme is for recognition/conferment of ownership or transfer/ mortgage to the residents of 1,731 Unauthorized Colonies benefitting around 40 lakh residents of Delhi.

The conferment of ownership rights facilitate registered sale/purchase of their lands, avail loans, and also plan for redevelopment.

The residents of 1,731 Unauthorized Colonies of Delhi can avail themselves of the services of this mobile app to register themselves and file their application under the PM-UDAY scheme. The user-friendly app also shows whether the user falls inside or outside the delineated boundaries of Unauthorized Colonies.
